Sign in through Stripe using your checkout email. You can cancel future renewals online and keep access through your paid period. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund.
We want you to feel comfortable getting started. Email corey@coreythehart.com using your purchase email to request a refund or cancel a subscription. Include the offer you purchased. You do not need to explain why.
$27 Foundations
Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. There are no lesson completion requirements. A refund ends access provided by that purchase.
$7/month Accountability membership
Your first payment is refundable within 30 calendar days of purchase. If an unwanted renewal occurs, request a full refund of that renewal within seven calendar days of the charge.
Cancel future renewals anytime. If you cancel without requesting a refund, membership continues through the end of your paid period. If your current payment is refunded, membership ends when the refund is processed and future renewals stop.
$400/month private coaching
Each month includes two 45-minute private sessions and reasonable support between sessions. For refund purposes, each session accounts for $200 of the monthly price; between-session support has no separate deduction.
You may request a full refund of the current month before its first session. After one session has been delivered, you may end the current month and request $200 back for the unused second session. After both sessions have been delivered, that month is not refundable unless required by law. A partial refund ends the remaining coaching services for that month. Contact Corey if you need to reschedule.
Cancel future months anytime. If you cancel without requesting a refund, you can use the remaining services in your paid month. A coaching refund does not refund a separate Foundations purchase.
How requests work
Refund windows are measured from the payment date. We use the time your email arrives to determine whether your request was made within the window. To stop a renewal, send your cancellation before the next billing date; if we process a timely cancellation after a renewal charge, we will refund that charge.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. Refund requests for a subscription also cancel its future renewals. We will confirm your cancellation or refund by email.
This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
