The Rising Advantage
Terms & conditions
Effective September 10, 2026.
About these terms
The Rising Advantage is operated by JACK DAVID HOLDINGS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 77 Monroe Center St NW, Ste 600, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. These terms describe use of our website, Foundations course, Accountability membership and private coaching. Contact corey@coreythehart.com with questions.
Purchasers and student eligibility
Purchasers must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Students ages 13–17 may participate only with a parent or legal guardian’s purchase and consent. Parents must contact corey@coreythehart.com before purchase so we can arrange the student’s enrollment. The service is not available to children under 13. Each student must use an eligible individual sign-in; do not share a parent’s sign-in credentials.
Your account and use
Provide accurate account and purchase information and keep your sign-in secure. Your purchase provides personal access; do not share paid access, redistribute course materials, resell them or interfere with the service. You retain ownership of answers and other content you submit and permit us to store and use them to deliver the service.
What you purchase
Foundations costs $27 once and includes the five Foundations, guided activities, workbook and AI for College bonus. Membership and coaching are optional separate subscriptions. The details and price shown before payment describe your purchase.
Accountability costs $7 per month and includes a weekly reset email, a monthly group office hour and practical AI tips. Private coaching costs $400 per month and includes two 45-minute sessions and reasonable support between sessions. Immediate responses are not guaranteed.
Recurring payments and cancellation
Manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe using your checkout email. Refund requests are handled separately through our support email.
Monthly subscriptions charge at purchase and automatically renew each month until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation without a refund leaves access to the services available through the paid period. Taxes, if applicable, are disclosed at checkout.
Our refund and cancellation policy explains the 30-day Foundations guarantee, membership refund windows and coaching refunds. Those protections are part of these terms.
Privacy and research
Our privacy policy explains how information may be used for internal research, educational evaluation and service improvement, and the choices and additional permissions that apply. Purchasing or using the course does not authorize publication of identifiable student information or enroll you in a separate research study.
Educational purpose
The course and coaching provide education, practical planning and accountability. They do not promise grades, admissions, employment, earnings or any particular result. They do not provide medical treatment, therapy, legal advice or individualized financial advice. Follow your school’s rules, including its rules for AI and academic integrity.
Availability and third-party services
We may update materials and features. We use third-party services for sign-in, payment and some resources; their own terms apply to those services. If we cannot deliver a paid service, contact us for an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable. Statutory consumer rights remain in effect.
Privacy and conduct
Our privacy policy describes how information is handled. Respect other participants and do not share another person’s private information without permission. We may restrict access for misuse, fraud or conduct that harms others, subject to applicable law and any refund rights.
Changes and questions
We will date changes to these terms and give notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove refund rights for existing purchases. Contact JACK DAVID HOLDINGS LLC at corey@coreythehart.com.
